Biography[]
The Singer is a mysterious "information broker and serial killer" as stated by Aurore Lupain-Tanner who resides in the City of Glass. On possibly more than one occasion, she has done deals with Dogen, killing Employs for items relevant to him and handing said objects to Runners to bring back to him.
Mirror's Edge: Exordium[]
The Singer was part of an AllCom data exchange which lasted in 5 casualties, all 5 "eviscerated and with their throats cut". After obtaining a data stick, Dogen sent Faith Connors on a mission to retrieve the data stick from her and bring it to him. They met up in the Rezoning district, where Faith traded for the stick and then left immediately, before Faith could ask anything else.
Upon returning to the Lair, Faith went into her room and pulled out her tablet, which opened in on a news report, telling Employs that the 5 murders fit the pattern of the Singer and that if anybody saw them and did not tell, it was a breach of policy.
